•    Seek some guidance from professionals instead of doing on yourself. Do not stop the workout after some days, repeat the diet and exercise with periodic timings.

•    Do not make hard exercises at the initial stages. First start with normal intensity level exercises and then slowly shift to high intensity level exercises.

•    Technology makes our life easy and simple, but it is also increasing laziness, so avoid luxuries and do all of your works manually. Start walking instead of using alternatives. These can help to keep a good fitness for men over 40.
